Effecting high-performance
FMCG brand activation and field marketing.

AIM IS AN AGILE AND EFFECTIVE NATIONAL NETWORK. SUPERCHARGED WITH LOCAL INSIGHTS.

When it comes to FMCG brand activation and retail field marketing, the cost efficiencies and convenience generated by a national network can be critical elements to driving sales success. However, too often valuable marketing opportunities are overlooked through the perspective of a remote head office.

At AIM, each of our six state offices is headed by an AIM Principal, who live and work their region. Thereby, not only can we boast an agile and effective national network, we also deliver valuable local insights on regional nuance and prospects.

And because we’re not beholden to a ‘one-formula-fits-all’ that’s directed from a head office, our local area insights can supercharge your FMCG retail sales.

With the added benefit that AIM clients have the flexibility to target either single or multiple Australian marketplaces.

We’re strategically driven.

From AIM’s earliest beginnings, we’ve embraced the rigor of detailed strategic planning.

We believe it’s an essential mastery to build FMCG sales by providing relevant perspectives to effect maximum performance through brand activation and field marketing.

We consistently apply this discipline to every aspect of our organisation –

1.    Development and implementation of promotions.

  • New FMCG product presentations and compliance
  • Negotiation of trading terms and product reviews.
  • Development and implementation of promotions.

2.    AIM sales representation.

  • Representation solutions for individual stores and territorial groups.

3.    AIM location merchandising.

  • Product placement, stock fill, inventory checks and managing returns.
  • Ensuring promotions are visible and compliant to both retailer standards and brand’s visual standards.
  • Planogram implementation and space planning management.

4.    AIM's armoury of instant data reporting.

  • Our state-of-the-art real time field data is captured via a single platform – instant visuals and numerics that immediately pinpoints any pockets of supply chain and demand planning concerns. This means they can be promptly rectified. Furthermore, this technology allows us to efficiently identify field management sales uplift, so it can be scaled-up to further optimise sales results.
  • Deep dive data analytics that’s tailored to individual AIM clients. Within the ever-evolving FMCG landscape, this is a critical item in AIM’s armoury. Being bespoke to each AIM client, it allows for both efficient overarching planning as well being an effective compass to what resources should be applied to individual field locations.
  • Transparent and comprehensive – supply and demand planning, price surveys, competitor activity, budget and sales comparisons, promotions tracking and effectiveness, merchandising and store reports, speed to market and more.
